When returning an Item that has free shipping on it, we will be subtracting the initial shipping cost to send it to you out of the total item cost for the return. For example, an item cost $25.00 and has free shipping and you want to return it and the item cost $5 for us to have it shipped to you, then your refund will be $20.00. Also, when returning Buyer pays all shipping on returned items including the initial shipping to ship it to you, as stated above, and the return shipping.
